About Me

I understand first-hand how stressful buying a home can be. Home inspecting is my passion, and I am here to educate you about the home you are purchasing and make sure you understand the items that may need immediate attention and those that while still are important can be saved for a “honey do” list for later. The important thing is, that you are able to understand and learn about the home you are purchasing. As a certified Professional Inspector with 35 years’ experience in residential construction, a former telecom lineman & service repair technician and trained as an inspector by InterNACHI I have the knowledge and know how to spot problems with materials, installation, and workmanship that other inspectors might miss. I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, which ensures you receive a detailed and accurate home inspection. I also abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts your interests first and protects your rights as a consumer.
We are here to answer our phones communicate with you and answer your questions. You will receive an easy-to-read report within 24 hours of completion of the inspection, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of any issues I have discovered.
